Q: All of the content I want in my emails are not in my posts, will still work?

A: Unfortunately, at this time, the only data that has access to our your WordPress posts (see Figure 1)

Q: How is this different from RSS to Email?

Kurate is a WordPress plugin.  Since all your website content is built on your WordPress site, there is no reason to use a RSS feed to pull your content.  It is slightly more reliable in that with RSS, if your site is down when you go to pull the feed, you will not receive a feed.  With Kurate, the email will send when the site is back up.

With content in the email, with RSS, if you say you want 5 articles in your email and you only published four articles, your email will only contain four articles.  With Kurate, since it pulls directly from your website, the number is always consistent.  If you say you want five articles and you only publish four in a day, your email will contain the four new articles plus one article from the previous day.

Q: Does your pricing include what I'm already paying Emma?

No. Our pricing is separate from what you are paying Emma.

Q: Those features seem great, but can you do more?

Absolutely! We would love to hear from you or create a custom quote to help you achieve your goals!

Q: Emma is a great platform, but do you integrate with other email service providers?

Not at this time. However, we are currently working with others ESPs. Please shoot us a note letting us know what providers you are interested in seeing integrations.

Q: WordPress is a great platform, but are you looking to build integrations for other CMS?

Not at this time. We have always been a WordPress development shop and want to stay true to our roots.
